Our Counseling Services If you're thinking
about starting or advancing your pilot career we'd like to talk to you
about our counseling services: Basic,
Advanced, Age
60+, Airline Interview, and
Single Issue Counseling.
Our goal is to save
you time and money by giving you honest, impartial input from current
airline captains who regularly fly the line and are very familiar with
the airline industry. We have over 60 years combined experience and have
been helping pilots achieve their goals since 1988.
Our Basic (0-400 Hours total flight time),
Advanced (over 400 Hours), or Age 60+ Counseling begins by asking you to
complete a detailed questionnaire describing your personal, professional,
educational and financial background. Once we receive your paperwork we'll
call you to set up a counseling session, either via your telephone call
to us at a prearranged time (evenings and weekend appointments are available)
or in-person at our offices in Santa Barbara, California, with airport
pickup available upon request.
Our Airline Interview Counseling is a 3½ to
4-hour session, which includes a video-taped mock interview designed to
replicate your specific airline’s questions. You’ll work with a current
airline captain who can analyze your strengths and probe your weak areas
as well as help you answer those tough interview questions, while avoiding
canned responses. Once we receive your paperwork, we’ll call you to set
up a convenient date and time for either an in-person session (highly
recommended) or telephone counseling via your call to us at a pre-arranged
time. Your paperwork should be in our offices approximately 1 week before
your appointment, which we recommend you schedule 2 weeks prior to your
actual airline interview.
Our Single Issue Counseling is designed
to help you make that one crucial decision. Because of its immediate
nature, the counseling is done via your call to us after we receive your
written information, detailing your special concerns. We specialize in
providing good advice in a timely manner to help you avoid expensive mistakes.
Share your specific career concern with experienced professional pilots
who can help you make the right choice.
